Is there a shipping fee?
All shipments within Turkey are free. For international orders, the shipping fee is displayed on the payment page.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be delivered on the same day, and orders placed on weekends will be delivered on Monday.
What should I do if my cargo arrives damaged?
Please check your package with the cargo officer. If there is any damage (broken jar, leaking, etc.), keep a 'Damage Assessment Report'; do not receive the package and inform us. Your new product will be sent immediately.

Ürünlerinizde ilave şeker var mı?
There is no table sugar, glucose syrup or sweetener in our products.definitely not. It gets its sweetness from the fruit's own natural sugar.
Do your products contain gluten?
Because our products are naturalgluten free. However, we recommend that celiac patients consume it by consulting their doctor.
How should black mulberry extract/molasses be consumed?
Our black mulberry extract has a dense consistency. You can consume a teaspoon directly on an empty stomach in the morning, or you can dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:5 to obtain a delicious fruit juice. It is also great as a sauce for yoghurts and desserts.

Our carob extract is produced by the cold press method, without exposure to high heat. In this way, the HMF value does not increase and it does not lose its nutritional value and vitamins.
Does your honey crystallize?
Yes, real and natural honey can crystallize over time. This does not indicate that the honey is adulterated, but rather that it is natural and not heat treated (raw). You can thaw it by keeping it in a bain-marie method (in hot water).
Storage Conditions
Should I keep the products in the refrigerator?
You can store it in a cool and dry place (such as a pantry cabinet) until the lid is opened. We recommend that you keep Black Mulberry Extract and Jam in the refrigerator after opening the lid. Honey and Carob Extract can be stored at room temperature.
What is the shelf life
The shelf life of our natural products is 2 years from the production date if the cap remains unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within 2-3 months to maintain freshness.
Return and Payment
Is there payment at the door?
Currently, we only accept secure online payment (PayTR / Stripe) by credit card and debit card.
Can I return food products?
In accordance with food safety principles and regulations, it is not possible to return opened products. However, products damaged in shipping will be compensated by us.
