2. Payment and Collection Officer (Merchant of Record)
For purchases you make through our site, payment security and collection transactions are carried out by our authorized payment service providers. On your credit card statement or bank statement, your transaction may appear under the following names, depending on your region and the payment method you use: 'Sinan Kara' (with PayTR infrastructure) for domestic transactions, 'Faster Marketing LLC' (with Stripe infrastructure) for international transactions. These phrases do not change the fact that the service and product are provided by Eylülzade; they only indicate the technical executor of the financial collection.

4. Products, Returns and Right of Withdrawal Exception
Certain products (especially opened foodstuffs, plant extracts) are, by their nature, not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened. The legal right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for such products. However, unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days. 5. Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability
The materials presented on this site are for general information purposes only. We are not responsible for possible typographical errors in product descriptions or omissions of information from suppliers. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the content on the site.
6. Medical Disclaimer
The products on our site are food supplements or food; T.R. It is not a Ministry of Health approved medicine. No information on the site can replace "doctor's advice" or "prescription". Please consult a specialist physician for any health problems you may have.
7. Delivery and Damage Procedure
Products are packaged in a way that they will not be damaged during the shipping process. If you notice any crushing, leaking or breakage in the package during delivery, do not receive the product by submitting a "Damage Assessment Report" to the cargo officer. Our company does not accept responsibility for damage notifications without a report.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
