1. Data Controller and Introduction

As Eylülzade brand ("Company" or "We"), we act as Data Controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and relevant legislation. This text determines your rights and responsibilities in the collection, processing, transfer and storage of your personal data. By using our site you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this policy.

2. Personal Data Collected

We process the following data categories to carry out our activities:

Identity Information: Name, surname.
Contact Information: Email address, phone number, registered address, billing and delivery addresses.
Customer Transaction Information: Order history, request and complaint information, shopping cart contents.
Transaction Security Information: IP address, website login/logout information, password details.
Marketing Information: Shopping history, cookie records (if you give explicit consent).
Payment Information: Credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code are not stored by us. This data is encrypted during payment and transferred directly to the relevant payment institution (PayTR or Stripe).

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes based on the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: "being directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract", "so that the data controller can fulfill its legal obligation" and "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject":

Establishing a distance sales contract and ensuring product delivery.
Issuing invoices and fulfilling tax obligations.
Secure payment transactions and prevention of fraud.
Providing information to authorized public institutions and organizations (e.g. Tax Office, Consumer Arbitration Committee).
Resolving customer complaints and providing support service.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

In order to provide our services completely, your personal data is shared with the following parties only to the extent required by the transaction:

Infrastructure Providers: Wix for website hosting and database services.
Payment Institutions (Turkey): Sinan Kara (PayTR infrastructure), the authorized entity for domestic payment collection.
Payment Institutions (International): Faster Marketing LLC (Stripe infrastructure), the authorized entity for international payment collection.
Logistics Companies: Contracted cargo companies for the delivery of orders.
Legal Authorities: Legally authorized public institutions and judicial authorities.

5. Data Transfer Abroad

Our company works with service providers whose servers are located abroad for website infrastructure (Wix) and international payment transactions (Stripe/Faster Marketing LLC). By placing an order through our site, you expressly consent to the processing and storage of your data on secure servers abroad due to the performance of the service and technical requirements.

6. Personal Data Storage Period

Your personal data is stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or required by the purpose of processing. In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law, commercial books and documents must be kept for 10 years. When the storage period expires, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with our destruction policy.

7. Data Security Measures

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology is used to secure your personal data. Our systems are protected against possible cyber attacks with up-to-date firewalls and anti-virus software. Your credit card information is not kept in our systems.

You can exercise your following rights by applying to us in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

Learning whether your personal data is being processed.
If processed, requesting information about it.
Learning the purpose of processing and whether they are used for their intended purpose.
Knowing the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad.
Requesting correction if it is incomplete or incorrect.
Requesting deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK.
Objecting to an unfavorable outcome caused by the exclusive analysis of processed data through automatic systems.
Requesting compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the illegal processing of data.
