2. Subject
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, and which the Buyer ordered electronically through the Eylülzade brand.
3. Product and Payment Information
The type of product, quantity and sales price, including taxes, are the contents of the basket when the order is confirmed.

4. Payment and Collection Officer (Merchant of Record)
The Buyer accepts that collection transactions for purchases made through the Eylülzade brand are carried out through financial executors. For transactions made within Türkiye, the credit card statement may contain the phrase "Sinan Kara" (PayTR infrastructure), and for international transactions, the phrase "Faster Marketing LLC" (Stripe infrastructure) may appear. This does not change the fact that the product was sent by Eylülzade; Sinan Kara assumes all legal responsibility as the seller.
5. General Provisions
5.1. The seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
5.2. The product subject to the contract is delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated, depending on the distance of the Buyer's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
6.2. However, in accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products (honey, jam, plant extracts, etc.), products whose packaging has been opened, and whose return is not suitable for health/hygiene reasons.
6.3. The buyer agrees that if they open the packaging of the product, they will be deemed to have waived their right to return.
7. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce every year, and in cases above this value, Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are authorized.
7. Enforcement
The buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all articles of this agreement when they confirm the order and make the payment.
